Section 1

Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dh77 ("dh77", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the dh77 website located at https://dh77.io and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Account Registration

To access the real-money features of the dh77 Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your account:

• One account per player: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on dh77 at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited.

• Account currency: dh77 accounts for players in Bangladesh operate in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote amounts in this currency.

dh77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

Section 4

Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your dh77 account at all times. You must take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your account, including:

• Using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in your account settings.
• Logging out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Not accessing your dh77 account over unsecured or public Wi-Fi networks.
• Notifying dh77 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

dh77 operates with 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transactions. However, dh77 cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet and cannot accept liability for breaches that result from factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to malware on the player's own device.

dh77 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from dh77 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

Section 5

Deposits & Withdrawals

dh77 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on dh77 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your dh77 wallet promptly following successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. dh77 does not charge fees on deposits made via local mobile wallet methods, though your payment provider's own terms may apply.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be paid to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the dh77 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules of the game you are participating in.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dh77 Platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings resulting from a technical error are void and will not be paid.
• Collusion with other players, including in live dealer games.
• Communicating with dealers, support staff, or other players in a threatening, abusive, or offensive manner.

Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dh77 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of game information, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit dh77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Section 12

Termination & Account Closure

dh77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where dh77 reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or subsequent verification.
• Your account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering purposes.
• You are under the minimum age of 21.
• Continued operation of your account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to dh77.

Upon account closure for cause, dh77 may forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to the satisfactory completion of all outstanding verification requirements and confirmation that no fraudulent activity has occurred.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting dh77 support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within two business days.
